Previous to joining Tamar Fink, Mr. Abrams serves as president of KWA Metals, Inc. His 19-year term culminated with a highly successful divestiture in 1998. As an independent and trusted advisor, he has consulted industry leaders as well as government agencies and their advisors. Mr. Abrams' experience includes consulting Alliant Tech in the former Sovient Union, Briggs and Morgan in the city of Minneapolis, and a partner with a division of Nissan Motor Corporation.

Mr. Abrams remains an active community and industry participant and has chaired or served in leadership positions in numberous influential professional associations. He has also served as a guest lecturer for the Carlson School of Business.
